HHH continues to inovate and the Hybrid Still is the latest development.  Others have done it and done it well; now HHH does it the HHH way with exciting innovations built in.  It contains a boiler, 4″ x 6 plate column, 8.5L gin basket and 800mm x 2″ condenser, and all mounted on a satin finish stainless steel skid with wheels and topped with stainless steel trays on both lower and upper platforms.

Description

Using all the latest innovations from HHH, the Hybrid Still has been developed.  Not the first of its kind, but it contains some of the recent innovations built in, like the Top Hat Dephlegmator and the low profile bubble tees.  Of course there is Claudia the onion ball with the swan neck to give you that classic whisky pot still look, and another onion ball repurposed as a gin basket.  All of this is mounted on a satin finish stainless steel skid with wheels and topped with a stainless steel tray on both lower and upper platforms.

For a truly versatile and compact setup, this still gives you options to make whisky, vodka, gin, rum – anything you like. By opening or closing valves you can direct the ethanol vapour to any part of the  still you like.  For instance, you want to do a stripping run, just direct the 3-way valves straight to the condenser.  Then you’d like to make gin after the stripping run; direct the vapour through the plates first and then through the gin basket, followed by the condenser.  For vodka, just go through the plates and then the condenser.  It couldn’t be easier.
